Happy Diving - Electric Soul Unity

About this item

Please note: "electric green" vinyl expected to ship November 2026! Channeling the best of big, fuzzed out guitars of the 90s, Bay Area band Happy Diving have a knack for walloping, gut-punch riffs and sun-blasted sludgy rock. On their second and final full-length, Electric Soul Unity, the band strike a balance between crunchy indie rock and revivalist melodicism. Lead writer Matt Berry’s raw, hazy vocals lend a heart-on-sleeve sentimentality to the resounding walls of fuzz, calling on influences Dinosaur Jr. and Teenage Fanclub. Recorded live on the floor like its 2014 predecessor Big World, Happy Diving’s Electric Soul Unity has a palpable energy meant to be played extra loud, and felt in your core. Standard jacket with lyric sheet inside back-sided by artwork similar to that of the album cover-- detailing lots of squiggles and stars! All purchases come with your choice of a FLAC, ALAC, MP3 320, MP3 VBR or AAC 256 download. Live in the UK or Europe? This item might be available in our UK shop, with more affordable shipping for you.
