About this item
"Pearls Before Swine: The Early Years Vol. 2" contains the earliest known Poison Idea recordings, recorded live in Portland, OR, 1980-1981, before Tom "Pig Champion" Roberts was in the band. Kicking off the collection, we have Poison Idea performing their first-ever gig as a high-velocity punk band on New Years Eve 1980 - truly an incredible find. The remainder of this release is culled from a recording done in June of 1981 at a birthday party for Kim Kincaid, vocalist for local punk group Neo Boys. LP includes an 11" x 17" poster. Track Listing: 1. Spy 2. Just A Jerk 3. Underage 4. Give It Up 5. Castration 6. No Friends 7. West Coast 8. No Values 9. Just A Jerk 10. Clocked In 11. Think Twice 12. Underage 13. Let Us Pray 14. I Need Help 15. Ghost Story 16. Young Lord 17. Give It Up 18. Castration
