About this item
The Ocean’s Solaris is an ambitious new chapter from one of post-metal’s most adventurous bands. Blending their signature atmospheric intensity with fresh ideas, the nearly 70-minute opus introduces new voices, guitars, and a wealth of synths, piano, Hammond organ, and other textures. Produced by Jens Bogren and recorded at Berlin’s legendary Hansa Studios, Solaris brings together exceptional musicians from around the world, plus guest contributions from Tangerine Dream and Spurv. Expansive, dynamic, and richly layered, Solaris is a compelling evolution of The Ocean’s sound—and a must-have for anyone who loves immersive, progressive heavy music.
