About this item
Body Meat is a project by Christopher Taylor, rising Philadelphia-based multi-instrumentalist and producer. On 2021 EP Year of the Orc, Body Meat offers a genre-flouting masterclass that balances eclecticism with accessibility, and pulls as much from Boyz II Men and D’Angelo as it does from Afro-Portuguese dance and Angolan Kuduro music. Written, recorded, and produced entirely in his Philadelphia apartment, the project follows Body Meat’s similarly acclaimed 2019 Truck Music EP. Please note that orders to Australia / New Zealand for this title will not be fulfilled.
