Leroy Clampitt - Get Happy - 12" Pale Yellow Vinyl

About this item

Even if you don’t yet know the name Leroy Clampitt, you’ve almost certainly heard his work. He’s the production, songwriting and multi-instrumentalist mastermind behind some of the biggest pop music of the past decade, with Lily Allen, Madison Beer, Sabrina Carpenter, Laufey, Ashe, Justin Bieber, FLO, Rachel Chinouriri, FINNEAS, RAYE, and many more, proud to call him a collaborator.  Now with his debut solo album, he adds another layer to his artistry, cementing his place as a multifaceted musician with affecting stories to tell, and ideas constantly in bloom. He’s invited listeners into his own world with Get Happy, and it’s an extraordinary place to be.  With the majority of instruments and vocals heard across the album all performed by Leroy himself, Get Happy traverses themes of love, work, burnout, the highs, the lows, and all of life that takes place in between.   “A record full of unexpected observations, eccentric ideas, and the kind of songwriting that finds meaning in everyday moments.” -NOCTIS MAGAZINE Side A. 1.
